Welcome & Introduction
Professional Expertise. Relational Heart.
EMASS is a vibrant, husband-and-wife-led organisation providing exceptional, person-centred Alternative Provision and Mentoring services.
Founded on 13 years of Social Work practice, experts by lived experience and extensive mentoring and youth work experience, we specialise in creating safe, nurturing environments where barriers to learning are removed, risk is reduced, & resilience and life skills are improved. We work as a proactive partner with the local authority, ensuring young people grow in confidence, identity, and resilience.
An Asset-Based Approach: As a multicultural family, we bring a rich, global perspective to our practice. This lived experience is a core asset that strengthens our ability to connect with diverse families and understand the unique nuances of identity. We pride ourselves on being a culturally fluent service—one that is uniquely equipped to bridge gaps in representation while providing high-quality, inclusive support for the entire BCP community.
Our Foundation: Our work is anchored in statutory safeguarding excellence and theory-led practice. By combining professional social work values with warm, relational mentoring approaches, we ensure every young person—including those with SEND and SEMH needs —feels seen, heard, and empowered to thrive in a setting suited to their capabilities.
